We offer three product categories:

• Brand New Original — Factory-sealed, genuine products sourced through reliable supply channels.
• Refurbished — Pre-owned components that have undergone rigorous functional testing and quality inspection prior to shipment.
• OEM Parts — Compatible components meeting OEM specifications, fully tested before delivery.

Both refurbished and OEM parts pass strict pre-shipment testing — only items that pass are dispatched.

Sourcing & Orders

Q4. Do you hold inventory? Can I check stock availability?

We operate on a lean-inventory, on-demand sourcing model. When you send us a request — ideally with the Part Number — we locate the specific item through our extensive supplier network, verify and test it, then ship directly to you. Because availability changes rapidly, we do not publish a fixed stock list. Contact us for real-time availability.

Q5. Can you source specific Part Numbers?

Sourcing by Part Number is our primary method. It ensures precise compatibility and eliminates the risk of receiving an incorrect component. If you are unsure of the exact Part Number, share your server model and we will help identify the correct part.

Q6. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict minimum order quantity. However, we recommend factoring in shipping costs when placing small orders, as express courier fees for single-unit shipments can be significant relative to the product value.

Shipping & Logistics

Q7. Where do you ship from? How long does delivery take?

All orders ship from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times:

• Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): approximately 7 days to Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
• Sea Freight: available for bulk shipments — longer transit time but more cost-effective for large volumes.

Q8. How are shipping costs and customs duties handled?

We offer flexible pricing structures to suit different client needs:

• Delivered Duty Paid — Door to Door (DDP): All-inclusive price covering product, shipping, customs clearance, and import taxes. Your goods arrive at your door with zero hassle.
• Product + Shipping (DDU/DAP): Import taxes and customs clearance are handled by the buyer at the destination country.

The pricing structure is agreed upon before the order is confirmed. We will recommend the best option based on your destination, order volume, and preferences.
