Shipping Methods

Express Courier – DHL / FedEx / UPS

Our standard shipping method for most orders. Reliable, trackable door-to-door delivery from Hong Kong to Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Sea Freight / Air Freight – Bulk Shipments

For larger volume orders where cost-efficiency is the priority, we can arrange sea or air freight through trusted freight forwarders.

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid

All-Inclusive Door-to-Door

Product price + international shipping + import duties and taxes + customs clearance. Your goods arrive at your door with zero additional costs or administrative burden. Ideal for buyers who want simplicity and cost certainty.

DDU / DAP – Buyer Handles Import

Product + Shipping Only

Product price + international shipping included. Import taxes, duties, and customs clearance are handled by the buyer at the destination country. Preferred by buyers with established customs arrangements.

All pricing terms are clearly agreed upon before order confirmation. We will recommend the most suitable option based on your destination country, order size, and preferences. No surprises, no hidden fees.


Customs Clearance

We can assist with customs clearance documentation on request. For DDP shipments, we manage the full clearance process on your behalf. For DDU/DAP shipments, we will provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and supporting documentation to facilitate smooth import at your end.

If you have specific customs or compliance requirements for your country or region, please inform us at the time of order – we will accommodate where possible.


Payment Terms

We support standard international B2B payment methods. Please contact us to discuss terms suitable for your order size and ongoing relationship. We are committed to making the transaction process as smooth and secure as possible for both parties.


Tracking and Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with the carrier tracking number and relevant shipment details. For large or high-value orders, we are happy to provide regular shipping updates until delivery is confirmed.
